Cryptocurrency company Lunar Crush plans to send 62 Bitcoins to the Moon as an incentive for interplanetary exploration. The secret key to the $1.8 million crypto wallet will be shipped on board the SpaceX rocket in the fall of 2023. Part of the space project among other things is to initiate the search for treasure in ordinary people, which will support interplanetary exploration. The goal is to reward the first man who successfully lands on the moon and finds the key.

Lunar Crush has partnered with the animation studio Golden Wolf and Bitcoin mining tool provider Hiro to raise capital for funding the initiative through the sale of the NFT collection. The company stresses that it plans to fully document the process of engraving this Bitcoin key, which will be attached to the rover to ensure transparency in every aspect of the operation.

The exact launch date of the SpaceX rocket remains hidden due to security concerns, but it is estimated that the launch will take place in the last quarter of this year. After the landing of the MAPP Rover from Lunar Outpost on the moon, anyone on Earth can claim the treasure who can come up with a plan to get there. With this move, Lunar Crush hopes to encourage people to broaden their horizons and discover previously unknown information.

Apple hides Bitcoin Whitepaper in its MacOS

Bitcoin Whitepaper

Have you ever heard of the hidden features of your device? A new post by technician Andy Baio revealed that the Bitcoin whitepaper has been hidden in every modern version of Apple’s operating system for Mac devices. A PDF file of the original whitepaper from Satoshi Nakamoto was present in every copy of macOS from Mojave in 2018. Baio claims the file is in macOS version from Mojave to Ventura, but is not in its earlier versions. Although it is not known why the whitepaper was included in the Apple operating system, Baio said it could be just as a simple test file and not intended for end-use.

Hidden features of devices are a phenomenon that fascinates users around the world. As Bitcoin becomes increasingly popular and more and more people are interested in it, the discovery of whitepaper on Apple devices could be an interesting finding for some users. While it’s not clear why this file was present in all versions of macOS, this is an example of how technology can be innovative and full of surprises. It would be interesting to see if this phenomenon also occurs on other devices and what other hidden features can be found there.

Germany plans to support fintech startups through blockchain

Blockchain in Germany

The German government wants to support startups in the field of financial innovation. The legislation aims to digitize capital markets by issuing electronic securities on the blockchain. In addition, it plans to improve the portability of cryptocurrencies and digital assets.

German Finance Minister Christian Lindner said the move would increase the attractiveness of German business. According to the proposed version of the bill, “the German capital market should become more modern and efficient in order to mobilize more private capital.” This should create favorable conditions for startups and thereby facilitate the investment of institutional actors in small enterprises. The new rules will apply to companies employing up to 500 employees with an annual turnover of less than 100 million EUR.

Germany is a member of the G7, group of the seven largest democracies in the world. Together, they are working on stricter crypto regulations that, according to many industry experts, could hinder innovation and economic growth. The new G7 agenda is expected to be unveiled at their next meeting in Hiroshima, Japan, scheduled for May.
