DIGITAL ASSET

Digital Asset – in the world of crypto and fintech this refers to the digital representation of something valuable - cryptocurrencies, security tokens, digital stocks, digital collectibles - their value is usually tokenized.

What is DIGITAL ASSET?

Resulting tokens may represent full or partial ownership, which is verified and recorded in the distributed ledger. A digital asset can also be a real-world asset (goods, file, real estate cadastre record, ledger, 3D raw print file) that is stored on a blockchain as a token. That enables imagining its value and using a unique ID to identify it.
